Kalpa is a small but most beautiful village in Sutlej River Valley famous for its apple onrchards. Kapla is dedicated to Hindu & Buddhist Gods and Goddesses. India’s first ever voter Mr. Shayam Sarar Negi also belongs to Kalpa. Elevation of Kalpa is 2960 mtr (9,710 ft.)
